Q: Do I need to be connected to the Internet to run ZiggyTV?
A: YES. The ZiggyTV content can only be retrieved through the Internet.
Q: How do I uninstall ZiggyTV?
A: Follow the instructions below to uninstall ZiggyTV from your computer:
- Go to the Control Panel and launch Add/Remove Programs.
- Remove "ZiggyTV"

- Use the Start Button
- Under the ZiggyTV Program Folder, select the ZiggyTV Uninstaller
Q: I get a 'STARTUP ERROR' when I start ZiggyTV. What do I do?
A: This is typically a result of a corrupted download - we would suggest you uninstall the program and download the installer file again (use the direct download link below). If you are using an older version of the program, installing the latest version may resolve the issue.

It's also possible your Windows registry could be corrupted, or your system may be infected with a virus. If a reinstall does not work, be sure to run a complete system scan using your Anti-Virus program.
Q: Why doesn't ZiggyTV work on my new computer with Windows Vista?
A: ZiggyTV DOES work with Windows Vista. However, there is a conflict with some versions of Java. You will need to fix the version of Java that comes pre-installed with Windows Vista. You can find detailed instructions on how to update your Java platform here.
Q: Where can I go to get answers to other software-related questions?
A: ZiggyTV provides a community-based forum where users can exchange ideas, ask/answer technical questions and provide general feedback. Q: How do I upgrade to the PRO version of ZiggyTV if I do not have a credit card?
A: Our merchant provider offers many payment options including: Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and eCheck. If you would prefer to send payment in the form of a money order through the mail, send an email to support[at]ziggytv.com* and we will provide you with the mailing address.
Q: I entered an invalid email address when I registered - how can I change it?
A: If you mistakenly entered the wrong email address during registration, or have changed email accounts, send an email to support[at]ziggytv.com with your correct email address and we will update your membership records for you.
Q: How much does the ZiggyTV software cost?
A: ZiggyTV (basic) is completely free to download and use, however, an enhanced PRO version of ZiggyTV is available for a small, one-time membership fee.
The one-time fee for ZiggyTV PRO is a payment to purchase a copy of the special release of the software (available only to those that purchase the upgrade). Customers that purchase the upgrade also receive personalized 24x7 Technical Support (via email) and free software updates for the duration of their membership.
You will not be charged again by ZiggyTV (or the reseller) after your initial purchase. After your membership expires, PRO users have the option to extend their memberships for a reduced price.
Q: I was charged more than once for my membership - how do I get a refund?
A: If multiple charges appear on your card statement for your membership, you most likely inadvertently submitted multiple payments when attempting to purchase your membership. This occurs when the BACK or REFRESH button in your browser is used after you have already submitted your payment.
We will gladly refund any duplicate charges that appear on your card statement. For a refund of duplicate charges, please send an email to: support[at]ziggytv.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your Full Name (or the name entered at the time of payment)
- Date of Transaction(s)
- Type of Card (Visa, Amex, MC, etc.)
- Last 4 Digits of Card
- Email Address used during registration
When we receive your email with the above information we will locate and refund any duplicate payments you may have inadvertently submitted.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you may cancel at any time with no further obligations. To request a cancellation or your account, send an email to: support[at]ziggytv.com with /Cancellation/ in the subject line.
Refund Policy:
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of your membership and upgrades within 60 days of the date of purchase. Refund requests can be made by contacting our billing department:
