Duplicate Charges on Card Statement:

Duplicate charges may occur if:

  • The BACK button is clicked after payment is submitted,
  • The REFRESH button is clicked after payment is submitted, or
  • Credit/Debit card information is re-entered when trying to access the Members Area

If duplicate charges appear on your card statement, please contact us before calling your card company and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you. Either email our support department at: support[at]ziggytv.com, or call our billing department Toll-Free at: (877) 354-0013.

Being Billed for Failed Transactions:

If you attempted to purchase a membership through our website and were unable to complete a successful payment but there is a pending transaction on your card statement, please understand that the pending charge WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and you WILL NOT BE BILLED for the unsuccessful payment attempt(s).

The pending transaction(s) on your card statement is(are) a result of a pre-authorization by your card company, however, if your payment attempt was unsuccessful the pending charge will be removed within 2 to 5 business days.

Whenever your card number is entered into a billing system, a pre-authorization is initiated by your card company so that funds for the transaction can be transferred. However, if your payment is rejected by the billing system for whatever reason, the transaction is declined and funds are not withdrawn from your account for the transaction.

How often will I be billed for my membership?:

All of our membership/upgrade plans are ONE-TIME payments paid in-full at the time of registration/upgrading. We do not offer any membership, upgrade or membership option with automatic recurring billing. You will only be billed one time for your membership.
