Windows Vista/Windows 7 Users

ZiggyTV is compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of ZiggyTV and Java and that all Windows Updates are installed.

Many Windows Vista and Windows 7 computers that come with McAfee Firewall lose the internet connection when running ZiggyTV. This is a McAfee bug, not a ZiggyTV bug. Contact McAfee's support for an updated version of their software.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your ZiggyTV membership, you may cancel at any time with no further obligation. To request a cancellation of your account, please email support@ziggytv.com and type "Cancellation" in the subject line.

Refund Policy: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of your membership and/or membership upgrades within 60 days of the purchase date. Refund requests can be made by contacting our billing department.
